When I'm not guiding incredible moms like you through fitness, you can find me coaching girls' soccer for our local youth soccer league, or getting tackled by my own two rough and tumble kiddos. Our lives as caregivers are complex and unique and you deserve movement that reflects that. I believe our workouts should reflect how dynamic we are as people- giving us the resources we need to care for our little ones while also nurturing our individuality and autonomy. That's why I offer both virtual and in-person options as well as one-on-one and pre-planeed group programs for my clients. You can join me on your phone or computer, or here in my peaceful, welcoming studio gym (for my local Monterey County folks).
